Who we are

Noria Group Ltd (Noria, we, us) is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17366967, with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect

If you complete the enquiry form on this website, we collect the information you enter into it:

If you email us directly, we collect whatever information is contained in that email and in its headers.

We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels on this website.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

We use this information for one purpose only, which is to respond to your enquiry and, where you want us to, to discuss whether our service is a fit for your business.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR. Our legitimate interest is responding to a business enquiry that you have chosen to send us. We consider this to have a minimal privacy impact, because you decide what to tell us and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

We will not add you to a marketing list or send you unrelated marketing on the basis of an enquiry, and we will not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers who process this information on our behalf under contract:

Some of these providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, we rely on the appropriate safeguards permitted under UK data protection law, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry does not lead to a commercial relationship, we delete it within twelve months. If it does, we keep it for the duration of that relationship and for six years afterwards, in line with normal business and tax record keeping requirements.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict how we use it, and to object to our use of it. Where our basis is legitimate interests, as it is here, you have the right to object at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@noriagroupltd.com. We will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, by calling 0303 123 1113, or by writing to Information Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF.
